The Act of Will, by Roberto Assagioli, M.D. London: Wildwood House, 1974. First British edition, paperback issue.
A foundational work by the Italian psychiatrist who developed psychosynthesis. Assagioli explores will as a central psychological and spiritual faculty, distinguishing between the strong will, skillful will, good will and transpersonal will. He provides practical techniques and exercises intended to develop purposeful action, self-realization and harmony between love and will. An important title in humanistic and transpersonal psychology.
Very Good condition. Binding remains firm and the pages are clean, with light age-toning. Covers show moderate rubbing, surface scratches, creasing and minor edge and corner wear. An old price sticker remains on the rear cover. Please examine all photographs for condition details.
